SMTP (Board Emails) up and running

Board emails have been enabled through an SMTP server, thus allowing this board to send emails. While a valid email is not required to register, if you chose to add one, it will allow you to receive topic and PM notifications, as well as allow for the receipt of password reset emails if your password ever gets lost.
