There is no point to invest into 3.3.x & we still don't know when new major release will be announced)

I have been testing bootstrap for some time now & even had a thought to build a style with it.
But now i think that itcss or pure css is better choice than bootstrap.. outcome has less bloat.

I never tried to build a style from scratch, so I don't have any first hand knowledge here. That being said, I wish more people thought about bloat.

A growing number of sites use my computer's resources unnecessarily.

No need to build one from scratch.. Building child theme for whatever style will still include a lot of bloat from parent.

I mean website bloat in general. Not specific to phpBB Styles.

Prosilver is lean compared to much of the crap I encounter today, even though I'm sure there's lots of crap to be cut.

I'm currently working on few additions.
When I complete dashboard area I will continue implementation of guild/advanced groups system that will be available after unlocking specific achievement.
New rank system will differ from original phpBB one. It will allow to have multiple ranks (css ones included) & some are based on achievements or given by project owner/admin.
In addition to achievements system.. there will be points that can be spent on many things.
There is more, but for now.. those are postponed)

I like the fact that two ranks can be added. Might be the most minor change you have done, but I'm surprised someone didn't demand it for vanilla phpBB yet.

Well.. there wont be any limits, but I doubt that someone needs many ranks.
I guess up to 3-5 is good enough (example: developer, code contributor etc.).
Compared to core itself that addition will be smaller indeed.

Currently implementing new theme for area (dashboard section) & it's based on Chameleon.
