Change to smilies display on mobile

This is not a high priority at all, just a random spitball thing...CrazyCatLady on The Boardwalk is looking into changing the display of smilies on mobile devices on that forum. As you can see now, I have a lot of them (which I'm probably going to pare down in the future, really) and they display in a single vertical column on Android (and I think iPhone) which is super-inconvenient. She is looking into the code and finding it difficult to navigate, which I can understand, given my own efforts. If you have any insights into this, do me a favor and let her know.

Again, if you can't do it, no worries. I'm fine with just kicking this can down the road. It isn't a major thing at this time.

I will likely register in the coming days and scooter will likely do so as well.

Thankfully, the site does not require email verification, so I don't have to worry about not receiving an activation email.
